Job Description

The Junior HR Specialist will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and provide assistance in the implementation of HR programs and processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Coordinate and assist in employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientations, paperwork, and exit interviews.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating employee feedback sessions.
5. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and termination processes.
6. Collaborate with the HR team and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee communication materials.
Additional information: The Junior HR Specialist may occasionally be required to attend meetings or trainings outside regular office hours. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
